And of course for my first go, I uploaded the wrong video! Ooops! It's been updated, now, though. So hopefully...hopefully you enjoy in spite of my goof.

Well I'll jump in. Leave it to you!!! I absolutely loved the scene. In fact, I had forgotten this entire scene. Easy to see why you picked it. Yes you do refer to this movie a lot, but why not? Because there is so much to learn from it. It's romantic, with a soft touch of humor, along with subtext and great dialogue.

If this is the first time you are watching Max or being introduced, you've come to the right place.

He is a great teacher/mentor/educator with a plethora of knowledge about the industry, scriptwriting, film etc. and doesn't hold back what he thinks. He makes a difficult and challenging profession fun and interesting.

I've been following him for quite a while. I am a student of Max Timm. I always learn something. So if you want to learn you've made a good decision. This new course is going to be fun and informative. Looking forward to what you are going to come up with!

Now, on to the next subject. I'm working on "subplots" with my current script and one of the films I liked for that is "The Proposal". There are so many to pick from but I thought that the film was cute, fun, different but the same and attracted a large audience and so on. What do you think?

You said a few month ago that things were changing with The Story Farm and what you were working on. I think there should be an award for teachers, creators, mentors, educators etc. What do ya think about that one? Thanks, Jamie

Jamie! Thank you so much! This means a lot. And now I need to post something about subplots! 😂 I’ll happily get to it!
